Welcome! As a Billings Counseling service provider, I am honored to meet you during a difficult time in your life and to be a part of your journey to growth and well-being. After several years teaching music at the university level, I felt a pull to combine music with another field, leading me on the path of discovering that the innate ability I have to listen and develop rapport with people, could be used as a therapist.
Shortly after opening a private practice, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I noticed a disconnect between the medical diagnosis and treatment and the emotional impact on my life. As a result of my journey, I chose to focus my practice on helping others navigate through the roller coaster of emotions that come with a life altering medical diagnosis.

Outside the office I enjoy pulling weeds, playing the piano, gardening, water falls, and nature.
